The experience begins with a stop at the exclusive <em>Milford Sound Business Class Lounge<\/em> in Te Anau for coffee and morning tea before continuing along the scenic route to the fiord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon arrival, guests board the newly remodelled <em>MV Sinbad<\/em>, which has been transformed into \u201can intimate floating restaurant set against the dramatic backdrop of Fiordland National Park.\u201d Here, guests will experience a menu designed by Michelin-trained, award-winning New Zealand chef <strong>Tom Hishon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/latteluxurynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Chef-Tom-Hishon-1132-x-560.png\" alt=\"Milford Sound Business Class\" width=\"1132\" height=\"560\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Entitled <em>A Taste of Murihiku<\/em>, Hishon\u2019s menu highlights Southland\u2019s finest produce and deep connection to place. \u201cThe menu was inspired by the natural elements of Southland and my connection to the land,\u201d he said. \u201cBy design it celebrates the region&#8217;s natural beauty through the selection of key produce and the expression on the plate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the heart of <em>Milford Sound Business Class<\/em> is RealNZ\u2019s long-standing commitment to conservation.
