The partnership kicks off in Delta One and Delta First from 4 November 2025, with a phased rollout planned through 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With bold, comforting Spanish flavours inspired by Jos\u00e9&nbsp;Andr\u00e9s&#8217; Spanish roots and restaurants, the new menu reflects the chef&#8217;s vibrant Spanish culinary vision \u2014 each dish selected for its ability to maintain flavor, texture and authenticity in the unique environment of air travel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"img-with-caption gsbp-ba7c925\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gsbp-48cc6e1\" src=\"https:\/\/latteluxurynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/beefshortrib-1132x560-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1132\" height=\"560\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figcaption class=\"gsbp-77df6fd\">Beef Short Ribs<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Entr\u00e9e items include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Spanish Tortilla with Pisto Manchego:<\/strong>&nbsp;A classic Spanish egg-and-potato omelet elevated with a rich vegetable stew, served at breakfast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Braised Beef Short Rib in a Mojo Rojo BBQ Sauce:<\/strong>&nbsp;Tender and savory, with a tangy, smoky sauce and creamy polenta that\u2019s deeply satisfying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stuffed Piquillo Peppers:&nbsp;<\/strong>Packed with flavour, a goat-cheese and mushroom filling drizzled with piquillo bechamel is the star of the show.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spanish Style Chicken:&nbsp;<\/strong>Chicken thigh with a rich sauce of sherry and dried fruit, served with celeriac-potato puree, roasted carrots and pearl onions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These aren\u2019t just chef-inspired dishes \u2014 they\u2019re chef-approved. Andr\u00e9s\u2019 team worked closely with Delta\u2019s culinary experts to tweak portion sizes, reheating methods and presentation so that every bite tastes just as good in the air as it would in a Barcelona tapas bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"img-with-caption gsbp-d04fe2f\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"gsbp-519f142\" src=\"https:\/\/latteluxurynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/spanishtortilla-1132x560-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1132\" height=\"560\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figcaption class=\"gsbp-47fde6d\">Spanish Tortilla<\/figcaption>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Delta\u2019s culinary strategy isn\u2019t just about providing sustenance \u2014 it\u2019s about&nbsp;<em>delighting<\/em>&nbsp;customers, the airline said. By partnering with chefs like Andr\u00e9s, Delta is doubling down on its identity as a premium lifestyle brand with purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cChef Andr\u00e9s is not only a culinary icon \u2014 he\u2019s also a force for good,\u201d said <strong>Stephanie Laster, Managing Director of Onboard Dining Experience<\/strong>. \u201cHis people-centric approach and global influence align perfectly with Delta\u2019s mission to deliver hospitality with heart. We couldn\u2019t be more excited about this partnership.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los Angeles, is however, not included in the hubs that will offer these new dishes, so they are not available on the Australia\/New Zealand routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meanwhile, to enhance the elevated dining experience, Delta is launching its most exceptional Delta One wine program to date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debuting in October 2025 and available through September 2026, the program showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of wines.
