These will remain in their current form before SRG launches a major transformation in 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first of the new SRG venues is scheduled to open in February 2026 with a reimagined restaurant concept, entirely new design fit-out, and a talented new head chef, with a new cocktail bar concept to follow later in the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this expansion, SRG has appointed <strong>Head Chef Sam Tuchband<\/strong>, formerly of Trinity London, Franca and Aria, whose \u201crefined European sensibility will define the restaurant\u2019s new culinary direction.\u201d He joins a leadership team that includes Restaurant General Manager Jessica Vertes, Sommelier Matthew Cridge, and Executive Chef Christopher Dodd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/latteluxurynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/The-Langham-SYdney-Exterior-1132-x-560.png\" alt=\"Langham Sydney SRG\" width=\"1132\" height=\"560\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFor us, this partnership represents an exciting evolution &#8211; expanding our footprint from the waterfront into one of Sydney\u2019s most prestigious hotel addresses,\u201d said <strong>Bill Drakopoulos, Founder of SRG<\/strong>. \u201cThe Langham is a globally recognised icon of luxury, warmth and timeless style. For 25 years SRG has built a brand grounded in genuine hospitality and memorable experiences.
